1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClarifyPix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClarifyPix provides AI-powered image enhancement tools including image upscaling, photo restoration, colorization, face restoration, and background removal. The Service is accessible via our website at clarifypix.com.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ClarifyPix offers subscription plans and one-time credit purchases. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed through PayPal. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Credits and Usage

Credits are consumed when you use AI processing features. Different operations consume different amounts of credits as displayed in the Service. Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. One-time credit pack credits expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits are not refundable.

6. Image Processing and Storage

Images you upload are sent to our third-party AI processing partner (Replicate) for enhancement. We do not permanently store your images on our servers. Processed results are made available for download for approximately 1 hour after processing completes. Once that window expires, the download link is no longer available through our service.

It is your responsibility to download your processed images within the available timeframe. We are not responsible for any loss of images or results due to failure to download within the download window. Processing outputs may be retained by Replicate according to their own policies, which are outside our control.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. ClarifyPix does not claim ownership of your content. The Service itself, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of ClarifyPix and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarifyPix and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service — regardless of the legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You use the Service at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
